1. Scope
This policy covers paid programme registrations, optional materials fees, and bundled digital companions sold by Bloxarynnnjlixux. It does not cover third-party travel or accommodation costs.
2. Statutory cooling-off
Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the service has not begun earlier with your express request and acknowledgement that the right is lost once performance starts. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where that Act applies.
3. Voluntary cancellations before start
If you cancel at least fourteen calendar days before the first scheduled session, we refund all programme fees paid, minus any non-recoverable venue deposits we already committed in your name. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days receive a fifty percent credit toward a future cohort within twelve months. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable but may transfer once to another participant you nominate, subject to facilitator approval.
4. Withdrawal after commencement
If you leave after the programme begins, no refund is due for completed sessions. Unused future sessions may convert to private facilitation credit at our discretion, documented in writing.
5. Our cancellations
If we cancel a cohort for low enrolment or force majeure, you receive a full refund within fourteen days or may transfer to another date without penalty.
6. Defective materials
Physical goods shipped with printing defects may be returned within thirty days for replacement or refund of the materials line item upon receipt of the faulty items at Carmelite Priory, Chilswell Ln, Boars Hill, Oxford OX1 5HB.

8. Processing timeline
